This diagnostic is built from three decades of nonprofit organizational assessments. It does not just tell you where you are weak. It tells you what has to happen first — and what you should not start yet.

Before you begin — where your answers go

Nowhere. This diagnostic runs entirely inside your own browser. There is no server, no database and no analytics behind it. Nothing you type is stored, filed, transmitted or seen by anyone else — including us.

Your results exist only on your screen. Closing this page erases them. If you want to keep them, print or save the report at the end.

You can choose to email your results to Gilles at the end. That is the only way they reach him, it is entirely your decision, and doing it before your scheduled session makes that session considerably more useful.

Even then he sees your scores, your risk flags and your feedback — never the report itself and never your individual answers. You will be shown the exact text before you send anything.

He does not receive the report you have just read. Not the executive summary, not the identified strengths and challenges, not the recommendations, and not the sequence. Nor does he receive your answers to the sixty individual questions, beyond the flagged items named in the list.
